Automotive Prep Porter Job Summary
The focus of a Porter is to maintain a well-kept dealership lot and support the Prep Center. The focus of this job is producing high quality, detailed work based on established standards, guidelines, and procedures. It requires driving, patience and a willingness to handle and complete multiple tasks.

Automotive Prep Porter Qualifications
Strong organizational and time management skillsOutgoing and self-motivated personalityExhibit a “can-do” attitudePrimary Responsibilities
Organize, rearrange and replenish inventory as neededHave a complete stock of cleaning supplies accessible dailyKeep the shop clean and presentable at all timesMopping, sweeping, emptying trash, and other tasks when requestedPutting fuel in vehicles and assisting with other duties as needed.Assist technicians, other co-workers, and various departments when necessaryRun various errandsKeep entry-ways presentable and clear of debris and snowInspect vehicles as neededDelivering / picking up vehicles from other lots for detail work, website photos, or transportationTransporting people to other off-lot storage facilities to retrieve vehicles for Prep CenterAutomotive Prep Porter Requirements
Ability to work Monday – Thursday 12p-11p and alternating Friday and Saturday 10a-7pMust demonstrate proficient driving abilities with a minimum of 1-2 years of driving experiencePhysically able to perform assigned tasks (bending, lifting, stooping, kneeling, walking, and standing for prolonged periods. Driving vehicles, and willing to work in all types of weather)Consent to a background check and drug screeningMust have a valid driver’s license with less than 4 points and no history of reckless driving
