Accounts Payable Clerk

We are seeking a detail-oriented Accounts Payable Clerk to join our team. This role is responsible for processing vendor invoices, ensuring timely payments, reconciling accounts, and supporting month-end close in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

Key Responsibilities :

Process and verify vendor invoices, purchase orders, and payment runs (checks, ACH, wires).

Reconcile vendor statements and resolve discrepancies.

Maintain accurate AP records and assist with month-end close and audits.

Qualifications :

Experience in Accounts Payable; manufacturing industry background a plus.

Familiarity with ERP systems; Microsoft Dynamics 365 preferred but not required.

Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and strong attention to detail.

Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
