Responsibilities
Lead customer audits and advise on upkeep and improvement opportunitiesDevelop and execute product strategy to grow sales and market shareTrack regional market share and support sales and service needs at customer sitesPresent tailored solutions to support the North American sales teamCollaborate with R&D and the global product manager on product line needsQualifications
Minimum of three years of experience in paper machine operationsMechanical experience related to paper manufacturing or field mechanical serviceStrong background in sales applications and customer relation managementExcellent problem-solving skills and ability to manage multiple complex tasksEffective communication skills and knowledge of the North American papermaking marketPreferred Qualifications
Experience in developing solutions for industrial customersFamiliarity with paper machine applicationsAbility to quickly learn and adapt in a dynamic environmentEstablished relationships with regional sales / service teams and customersPrivacy and equal opportunity
