A leading law firm is seeking an experienced Litigation Paralegal to support attorneys in complex construction and commercial litigation matters. This hybrid position is based in Philadelphia and offers the opportunity to work on high-profile cases from discovery through trial. Responsibilities :
- Provide support through trial, arbitration, and mediation, including exhibit preparation and trial logistics.
- Manage all aspects of the discovery process : document / ESI collection, review, production, fact investigation, and deposition preparation.
- Draft and proofread pleadings, motions, briefs, discovery requests / responses, and correspondence.
- Maintain case files, discovery logs, and e-discovery databases.
- Conduct targeted document review for responsiveness, privilege, and key evidence.
- Prepare deposition digests, witness files, and designate testimony for trial.
- Coordinate with clients, experts, and vendors on case-related matters.
- Assist with litigation status reports and overall case / project management.
Qualifications :
Minimum 5 years of litigation support experience in a law firm.Strong knowledge of litigation procedures, including discovery, depositions, and trial preparation.Hands-on experience with e-discovery platforms (e.g., Relativity, IPRO, Summation, Concordance).Proficiency in Microsoft Office and case / document management software.Excellent organizational, communication, and multitasking skills.Bachelor’s degree required; Paralegal Certificate preferred.Details :
