As a Senior Gearbox Design Engineer, you'll play a critical role in our high-performance team. This is a technical leadership role within The Cadillac Formula 1 Team powertrain group. You will lead the delivery of innovative, lightweight, and reliable gearbox solutions that meet the demands of high-performance racing under extreme mechanical and thermal conditions. You will :

• Be responsible for the end-to-end design, integration, and continuous development of gearbox assemblies and associated transmission systems
• Act as a key technical interface between design, analysis, manufacturing, and trackside operations
• Oversee complex design projects and mentor junior engineers
