- Bachelor's Degree in accounting, finance, or related field
- At least 3 years of experience working with and / or maintaining ERP applications, including the general ledger
- Previous experience with the technical functionality of ERP systems
- Ability to demonstrate a full understanding of accounting principles and internal finance controls as they relate to the general ledger, accounts payable, accounts receivable, asset management, etc.
- Ability to collaborate effectively with IT and Finance teams, leveraging a strong foundation in financial statement analysis to support cross-functional initiatives

Insight Global is seeking 1 ERP Systems Administrator to support a large healthcare system based out of Linthicum Heights, MD. The ERP Systems Administrator partners with the Finance Department to ensure effective and consistent use of ERP applications, including the General Ledger and related modules. This role maintains data integrity within ERP systems and collaborates with IT to ensure optimal system performance. Responsibilities include overseeing IT functionality within Finance and serving as the primary liaison between Finance and IT for all financial systems. Additional key responsibilities include :
Project Leadership : Drive and manage system-related projects, ensuring timely delivery and alignment with organizational goals.System Testing : Participate in detailed bi-annual Cloud Suite testing cycles, ensuring accuracy and compliance across modules.Testing Coordination : Act as the primary coordinator (“traffic controller”) for testing activities related to accounts, cash management, accounts payable, and supply chain processes.Chart of Accounts Management : Understand the structure and functionality of the chart of accounts; maintain its integrity and accuracy.System Integrity : Oversee the overall integrity of financial systems, including chart of accounts, module administration, and limited security responsibilities.Issue Resolution : Collaborate with IT teams to troubleshoot and resolve system outages or technical issues promptly.Data Analysis : Conduct in-depth analysis to support decision-making and process improvements.Team Collaboration : Work within a small team of three, providing mutual troubleshooting support and fostering a collaborative environment.Cross-Functional Communication : Engage effectively with accountants, finance professionals, and IT teams to ensure seamless operations and accurate financial reporting.$80.433.60 to $120,744.00 per year annual salary
