About the Firm

We specialize in family law, estate planning, and criminal law. We are currently seeking an Associate Attorney with a minimum of 2 years of experience in family law to join our growing practice. Experience in estate planning is a strong plus.

We are seeking a skilled Associate Attorney with a minimum of 2 years of experience in family law who is eager to thrive in a role that balances collaboration with autonomy. The ideal candidate is a confident litigator, a strategic legal thinker, and a trusted advisor capable of managing their own caseload while contributing to a supportive, team-oriented environment.

Key Responsibilities
Draft, review, and finalize documentsConduct client consultations and develop personalized planning strategiesPrepare filingsHandle family law matters, including divorce, custody, and settlementsPerform detailed legal research and draft pleadings, motions, and agreementsManage an independent caseload while meeting firm deadlines and quality standardsCommunicate clearly with clients, opposing counsel, court personnel, and team membersCollaborate with senior attorneys on case strategy and planningStay current on law developmentsOpportunity to bring in and grow your own client baseCore Qualifications
J.D. from an accredited law schoolActive Texas Bar license in good standing2+ years experience in family law, estate planning experience a plusExperience with family law matters such as divorce, custody, and supportExcellent legal research, writing, and courtroom skillsOutstanding interpersonal and client communication skillsHighly organized, with effective time managementProficient with remote work and case management tools (Zoom, MS Office, TEAMS)Proficient in Spanish, a plus
