Manager, Global Direct Procurement Process

Purpose : The Manager, Global Direct Procurement Process supports the Global Procurement Process Lead / Associate Director within the Global Process Organization (GPO). This role will be responsible for driving operational excellence, supporting process governance, and collaborating across global teams to advance end-to-end procurement process initiatives. This position ensures continuity and process expertise for critical Direct Procurement programs and transformational efforts.
Responsibilities :
- Function as a global point of contact within the Global Process Organization (GPO) for Procurement Direct PTP program initiatives.
- Support end-to-end process governance.
- Leading and monitoring process transformation and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Partner collaboratively with global and regional teams.
- Contribute to identifying future Direct PTP optimization opportunities.
- Collaborate with ERP program teams.
- Provide operational process expertise during shared service migrations.
- Identify and bridge process gaps across operating models.
- Monitor and report on key global metrics.
- Assist in developing solid business cases for new initiatives.
Qualifications :
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field.Minimum of 7 years of experience in global process roles within Direct Procurement or related functions.Experience in business process integration.Working knowledge of SAP S4 HANA.Understanding of MRP / planning systems.Demonstrated success leading or supporting cross-functional project teams.Strong communication and analytical skills.Experience supporting or managing global Direct Procurement projects.Awareness of business practices across Direct Procurement, Finance, Quality, Legal, and related functions.Experience in driving continuous improvement.Strong analytical, problem-solving, and leadership skills.Knowledge of the pharmaceutical industry is preferred.Additional Information :

Individual compensation paid within this range will depend on many factors including geographic location, and we may ultimately pay more or less than the posted range.
