Job Details :

We are seeking a seasoned Commercial Real Estate Attorney to join our dynamic legal team. This is a permanent position that offers the opportunity to work on a variety of commercial real estate matters, including acquisitions, dispositions, financing, leasing, and development. The successful candidate will have a strong understanding of commercial law, contract law, property law, lease agreements, and real estate law knowledge. This role will require a high level of professionalism and excellent negotiation skills.

Responsibilities :

Provide legal advice and guidance on matters related to commercial real estate, including acquisitions, dispositions, leasing, financing, and development.
Draft, review, and negotiate a wide range of commercial real estate contracts and agreements.
Conduct due diligence in real estate transactions, including review of title, survey, and environmental issues.
Represent the company in legal proceedings, if necessary.
Stay up-to-date on changes in real estate law and inform the team of any potential impacts.
Work closely with internal teams, including finance, operations, and development, to ensure all real estate transactions are conducted in compliance with applicable laws and regulations.
Provide training to company personnel on legal matters related to commercial real estate.

Qualifications :

Juris Doctorate from an accredited law school.

Must be a licensed attorney in good standing.

3+ years of experience as a Commercial Real Estate Attorney.

In-depth knowledge of commercial law, contract law, property law, and real estate law.

Proven experience in negotiating and drafting commercial lease agreements.

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.

Proven ability to manage a large workload and to work well under pressure.

Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work well with a diverse group of people.

High level of professionalism and ethical standards.
