Key Responsibilities
Lead the development and implementation of a unified education strategy for customers and internal teams
Create scalable education programs and coordinate content delivery through various formats
Measure and iterate on educational initiatives to enhance customer learning and adoption
Required Qualifications
7+ years of experience in customer education or professional learning
Minimum of 3 years managing a high-performing remote team in an edtech environment
Minimum of 4 years of experience in K12 education, including classroom teaching
Proficiency in learning management systems (LMS) and relevant technologies
Strong leadership skills with a focus on team development and collaboration
