Honeywell's ACST team is seeking a Research & Development Manager for our Broomfield, CO location. In this role, you will be responsible for leading our electromagnetics research efforts. We are looking for a highly qualified Research & Development Manager to join our Environment & Infrastructure Team with a strong background in analysis, design, and measurement of electromagnetic systems. You will work with scientists, engineers and a larger research team to architect, design, build, and test custom subsystems for use in research and commercial environments.

Key Responsibilities :

• Manages a high performing team of Scientists and Engineers
• Oversees technical work, ensures team execution of milestones and deliverables
• Champions research projects
• Sets employees goals, manages achievement, mentors, conducts performance assessments
• Provides direction into new products, process, standards, or op plans in alignment with business strategies
• Manages and distributes team workload to ensure proper resource alignment
• Ensures short- and long-term resource availability
• Develops team strategy and technology roadmap

US Citizenship Requirements :

Must be a US Citizen due to contractual requirements. Applicants must also be able to obtain and maintain a U.S. Government security clearance. Continued employment is contingent upon successful completion of security processing.

Compensation and Benefits :

The annual base salary or hourly pay range for this position is $157K- $196K. Please note that this salary information serves as a general guideline. Honeywell considers various factors when extending an offer, including but not limited to the scope and responsibilities of the position, the candidate's work experience, education and training, key skills, as well as market and business considerations.

This position is incentive plan eligible.
