You'll provide invaluable insights to BioPharmaceuticals Leadership, guiding resourcing needs and spending patterns. Accountabilities

• Strategic Partnership : Collaborate closely with the CVRM VP to shape strategic agendas, set priorities, and ensure alignment across initiatives.
• Holistic Overview and Coordination : Maintain a comprehensive view of the CVRM therapy area, structuring communication to keep teams informed.
• Cross-Functional Integration : Represent Medical Affairs in strategy meetings, contributing to project delivery and advocating for Medical Affairs interests.
• Project and Budget Management : Lead key projects across CVRM, manage budgets confidently, and partner with Finance for strategy delivery.
• Performance Tracking : Design KPIs to measure progress against missions and conduct regular team reviews.
• Communication Strategy : Develop and execute communication strategies for cohesive message delivery.
• Proactive Leadership : Anticipate future needs and challenges, ensuring smooth operation and strategic progression.
