WHAT YOU WILL DO :

As a Senior Sailpoint Engineer,

• Support program and project efforts by building trusted relationships with key technical, cybersecurity, and governance stakeholders.
• Provide hands-on implementation and enhancement of SailPoint IdentityIQ capabilities, with a focus on connector health, performance tuning, and process maturity.
• Deliver best-practice guidance for development, configuration, and platform sustainment strategies.
• Troubleshoot and resolve production issues, bugs, and operational gaps in real-time.
• Collaborate across teams (PAM, UAR, Engineering) to ensure integration alignment and overall service health.
• Contribute to technical documentation to support sustainable delivery and knowledge sharing

ABOUT YOU :

Integrity : You believe in doing the right thing, even when it's uncomfortable, seemingly inefficient, or costly.

5+ years of hands-on experience implementing, supporting, and maturing SailPoint IdentityIQ in large enterprise environments.

Communication & Empathy : You try to understand the needs of the person across the table and can adapt your communication and approach to bridge any gaps.

WHAT WE OFFER :

LOCATION :

This role is on-site in Seattle, WA or Vancouver, BC. Vancouver candidates must have their own business entity to engage on a C2C basis (C2C rate is $115-130 / hour). Seattle candidates can be W2 or C2C.
