What You'll Need :

Active or eligible to obtain a state license to practice Physical Therapy, leadership experience and / or strong clinical skills preferred for Lead PT position leading a team of PTs and PTAs.

What You'll Do :

• Provide physical therapy services to children and adolescents with a variety of conditions in an outpatient clinic setting
• Develop and implement treatment plans that are tailored to each patient's individual needs
• Evaluate patients' progress and adjust treatment plans as necessary
• Communicate with patients' families and other healthcare professionals on a multidisciplinary team to ensure coordinated care
• Lead a team of PTs and PTAs to provide guidance and support as needed
• Ensure that all patients receive the highest quality of care
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records
• Stay current with the latest research and techniques in pediatric physical therapy
