Key Responsibilities
Process semi-monthly payroll and ensure compliance with tax regulations
Prepare and send invoices to clients while monitoring accounts receivable
Collaborate with HR and Finance teams to maintain accurate records and resolve issues
Required Qualifications
Some college education in Accounting, Business, or a related field
Two to three years of experience in Payroll and Accounting or Bookkeeping
Proficiency in Microsoft Office products, especially Excel
Self-starter attitude with a drive for process improvement
Comfortable working remotely
