A company is looking for a Product Support Engineer to ensure the reliability of their web application for enterprise customers.
Key Responsibilities
Monitor and resolve user issues through ticketing systems and on-app feedback
Reproduce and debug issues using browser tools and basic SQL
Conduct data quality checks and assist in release readiness through testing and documentation
Required Qualifications
0-2 years of experience in product support, QA, technical support, or customer success for a web SaaS product
Basic knowledge of web applications, including HTTP / REST, JSON, and browser dev tools
Familiarity with SQL for data verification and log reading
Experience with ticketing and analytics tools such as Intercom and Jira
Ability to write clear and concise documentation for users and internal teams
