This position focuses on the Epic Tapestry Managed Care Administration applications. The Epic Application Analyst, Tapestry Core Administration will serve as the primary support contact, guiding workflow design, system build and testing, while proactively addressing technical issues associated with Epic and other connected software.
This role requires a strong understanding of AP Claims operations, including claim intake, review, and payment processes. Ideal candidates will be familiar with integration points related to eligibility, authorizations, and internal claims, as well as the benefit structures of the plans administered by the organization.
As a Level II Analyst, you will independently manage complex configurations, mentor Level I analysts, and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams in areas such as Claims, Utilization Management, Provider Network Operations, and Capitation management. Strong analytical, technical, and troubleshooting skills are essential to succeed in this role.
Furthermore, you will need to demonstrate flexibility in responding to changing business needs and possess excellent communication skills to relay information clearly to project leadership and subject matter experts. The ability to build effective relationships with Epic counterparts and a willingness to learn new systems are also important aspects of this position.
