Regional Practice Manager

The Opportunity
This isn't a job about maintaining the status quo. It's about taking on the challenge of improving an established business with significant potential. As our new Regional Practice Manager, you will be the key to identifying and implementing the changes needed to streamline our operations, improve team cohesion, and increase our efficiency and profitability. You will work closely with the owner to create and execute a strategic plan for success.
Key Responsibilities
- Strategic Growth & Development : Collaborate directly with the new owner to identify and solve operational challenges, implement process improvements, and drive revenue growth.
- Staff Leadership : Recruit, train, and supervise all administrative and clinical support staff across all four locations. Foster a positive and collaborative work environment.
- Financial Management : Oversee all financial operations, including patient billing, accounts receivable, and collections. Work with the bookkeeper to ensure accurate payroll and accounts payable.
- Operational Excellence : Ensure consistent operational standards and compliance with all regulations (e.g., HIPAA, WISHAA) across all four practices.
- Patient Relations : Handle patient concerns and develop policies to enhance patient satisfaction and retention.
Qualifications
At least 5 years of experience in a dental / medical office management role, with a strong background in multi-site management .A bachelor's degree in business, healthcare administration, or a related field is strongly preferred.Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.Strong understanding of dental insurance billing, coding, and practice management software (Dentrix and Ascend).Willingness and ability to travel regularly between our four locations in Bellingham, Burlington, Arlington, and Everett.Compensation and Benefits
Northwest Dental is committed to offering a competitive compensation package that reflects the importance of this role.
Salary : A competitive salary ranging from $90,000 to $105,000 per year , based on experience and qualifications.Performance-Based Bonus : Opportunity to earn a significant annual bonus up to $25,000 per year based on key performance indicators (KPIs) such as revenue growth, operational efficiency, and patient satisfaction.Mileage : Mileage for travel between offices is reimbursed at the IRS standard mileage rate.Benefits : A comprehensive benefits package that includes health insurance, dental benefits package, retirement plan with a company match, paid time off, and professional development opportunities.How to Apply
