Program Manager DTS Employee Engagement
We are seeking a motivated and collaborative Program Manager, DTS Employee Engagement to join our Digital Technology Services (DTS) leadership team. This role is responsible for designing, implementing, and managing initiatives that foster a positive, high-performing culture across DTS. You will work closely with DTS leadership and Deaconess Health System HR to enhance employee satisfaction, retention, and productivity through strategic engagement programs, communication, and development opportunities.
This position reports directly to the Manager, DTS Workforce Administration.

The Program Manager, DTS Employee Engagement plays a key leadership role in building departmental culture, coordinating engagement programs, and ensuring employees are supported throughout their career journey. This role will also oversee employee feedback processes, onboarding and retention strategies, and recognition programs that strengthen both individual and team performance.
What You Will Do
Culture & CommunicationPartner with DTS leadership to develop strategies that promote collaboration and a positive culture.Facilitate departmental communications such as newsletters and town halls.Act as a trusted liaison to surface employee feedback and concerns.Employee EngagementCoordinate DTS participation in recognition programs, wellness activities, and team-building events.Support community volunteer opportunities and organizational engagement initiatives.Feedback & InsightsManage DTS participation in Employee Voice surveys and pulse checks.Present actionable insights to leadership and coordinate follow-up action planning.Lead survey follow-through to ensure staff feedback is addressed.Onboarding & RetentionContribute to the design of recruiting strategies, onboarding playbooks, and employee experience programs.Monitor retention trends and support strategies to improve satisfaction and reduce turnover.Support exit processes as assigned.Career Development & RecognitionPromote training, mentoring, and job shadowing opportunities within DTS.Coordinate recognition of employee milestones, achievements, and contributions.Metrics & ReportingTrack, analyze, and present key engagement metrics through dashboards and reports.What You Will Need
Education : Bachelor's Degree in Education, Communications, Marketing, or related field required.Experience : Minimum of 3 years in an IT-related role with demonstrated understanding of DTS processes required.Skills & Abilities :Strong interpersonal and communication skills.Ability to analyze data and translate insights into action.Proficiency with survey tools, recognition platforms, and collaboration software.Preferred Certifications : Project Management Professional (PMP).Leadership Expectations
