Associate Director, Program Management Office

Revolution Medicines is a clinical-stage precision oncology company focused on developing novel targeted therapies to inhibit frontier targets in RAS-addicted cancers. The company’s R&D pipeline comprises RAS(ON) Inhibitors designed to suppress diverse oncogenic variants of RAS proteins, and RAS Companion Inhibitors for use in combination treatment strategies. As a new member of the Revolution Medicines team, you will join other outstanding Revolutionaries in a tireless commitment to patients with cancers harboring mutations in the RAS signaling pathway.

Opportunity

This is an exciting opportunity to drive the strategic roadmap for the Research and Development PMO. This role is responsible for defining program management standards, aligning governance models across molecules and integrating best practices across the Research and Development organizations. The PMO partners with leaders across R&D and the corporate functions to optimize program delivery, improve the allocation and utilization of resources and enable the achievement of milestones.

Key Responsibilities

• Establish PMO frameworks that can be applied across programs and cross-functional project teams.
• Lead the design and implementation of PMO governance models.
• Drive operational excellence by aligning project management activities across molecule and project teams and establishing a process for continuously improving our tools and methodologies.
• Influence senior leaders by educating them on the resources available through the PPAM organization and improving decision making through enhanced visibility to our portfolio of R&D projects.
• Collaborate with project teams to harmonize the core and sub-team structures, define charters for each forum and train new team members on RevMed’s project management methodology and the expectations of their role.
• Oversee status reporting to ensure accurate and timely updates are provided to the appropriate stakeholders on a regular basis.
• Oversee the design and delivery of a project management onboarding process to orient new hires, maintain consistency across R&D and enhance RevMed’s project management capabilities.
• Lead, mentor and coach other colleagues in project and program management methodologies.

Base Pay Salary Range

$180,000 — $225,000 USD
