We are seeking an Insurance Defense Attorney to become a part of a great legal team!

Responsibilities :

  • Manage a caseload involving Insurance Defense matters from inception to resolution
  • Conduct legal research, draft pleadings, motions, discovery, and other legal documents
  • Represent clients in hearings, mediations, and trials
  • Negotiate settlements for legal disputes
  • Comply with all legal standards and regulations
  • Perform administrative and management functions related to the practice of law

​​ Qualifications :

  • 5-10 years of experience in law
  • Insurance Defense experience
  • Strong analytical and problem solving skills
  • Ability to build rapport with clients
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Salary is very competitive DOE
