Job Summary : Recruit blood donors by telephone, schedule appointments, coordinate reminders and maintain records to increase the number of donors and blood products to meet the collections goals. Provide support, development and / or leadership guidance to all volunteers.
Key Responsibilities :
Pay Rate : Starting rate $16.00-16.50 per hour (possibly more for areas with a higher cost of living).
Schedules Available :
Training : Must have the ability to work a flexible schedule for the first 4-6 weeks of training.
Qualifications : Education : High School or equivalent required. Experience : 1 year of related experience preferred. Skills & Abilities : Ability to work on a team. Computer experience, excellent customer service and problem-solving skills required.
