SAP Planner

We are seeking an experienced SAP Planner to join our team. The SAP Planner will be responsible for ensuring the effective planning, scheduling, and execution of maintenance activities . This role involves managing maintenance plan s in SAP, coordinating with cross-functional teams, and utilizing data analysis to improve processes . The ideal candidate has strong technical expertise in SAP, excellent communication skills, and the ability to manage multiple projects and tasks simultaneously.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan, schedule, and coordinate maintenance activities using SAP to ensure equipment and systems are properly maintained and repaired in a timely manner.
• Create, update, and maintain maintenance plans within SAP , ensuring all work orders are accurate and up-to-date.
• Collaborate closely with project leads, engineers, and various departments to facilitate smooth workflow and resolve any maintenance-related issues.
• Track and analyze maintenance data to generate reports, using Excel and other tools to identify trends, opportunities for improvement , and areas of concern.
• Conduct root cause analysis for recurring issues and propose effective solutions to prevent future problems.
• Manage multiple projects, requests, and priorities , ensuring that all tasks are completed on time and according to the team's needs.
