Maintenance with sign on bonus

Still Waters Lakefront Resort is searching for a Maintenance Technician to join our Resort Maintenance Team! This is a full-time, year round position. Must be able to work weekends and / or evenings.

Must have a proven ability to deliver kind, courteous and professional communication to anyone at all times. Service industry experience is not a requirement but highly valued!

$500 sign on bonus split at 90 and 120 days.

Responsibilities and Duties

Position Highlights :

Perform in-room repairs, preventative maintenance program, and general property upkeep.

Will perform simple tasks like replacing filters and light bulbs, general carpentry / furniture repair. Water testing and more technical activities related to Boilers, Elevators and HVAC operations. This position requires employee to be available nights and weekends.

Qualifications and Skills

QUALIFICATIONS

• High School Diploma or Equivalent.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in one of the following trades :

HVAC, Plumbing, Electrical.
