• Other details : The facility which is stroke-certified and trauma level 1 is looking for a provider to cover on-site clinical hours and beeper call if needed. There are an average of 10-12 patients per shift. This is a strictly Advanced Heart Failure Cardiology opportunity with no transplant aspect, seeking a physician trained in Advanced Heart Failure or Critical Care Cardiology to work alongside three staff physicians on a long-term ongoing basis. The schedule is one week on, three weeks off, running Monday 7 : 00 AM to the following Monday 7 : 00 AM, with inpatient responsibilities from 7 : 00 AM to 7 : 00 PM and night call coverage from 7 : 00 PM to 7 : 00 AM. This role is heavily critical care focused, requiring full proficiency in managing ECMO, VV and VA Impella, and Durable LVADs, along with participation in the shock program and serving as the primary attending for ECMO and LVAD cases. Overtime applies after 12 hours per day, rather than 40 hours per week, and bids should be entered accordingly.
