Start : ASAP (pending credentialing 45-60 days)
Duration : 13-26 weeks - option to extend
Schedule : Mon-Fri (7a-3p) Possibly call one day a week
Casework : Epidurals, Spinals, B+B, Endo, Cataracts, and Central Lines) No nerve blocks
EMR : Epic
Rate : $9,000+ / weekly
Will cover full travel and lodging (Hotel, Flight, Rental car, and malpractice Insurance.)

Start : ASAP (pending credentialing : 45-60 days)

Duration : 13-26 weeks option to extend

Schedule : Monday Thursday / Friday (7a-3p) open to 8s and 10s On call : 1 time a week and one weekend a month (possibly more) must be flexible to this schedule (must be open to some weeks at Mercy Outpatient Surgery Center in Rolla, MO and Mountain View, MO location)

Casework : Lebanon - (Epidurals, Spinals, B+B, Endo, Cataracts, and Central Lines does not care about nerve block experience.) Rolla Outpatient Surgery Center (Podiatry, Ortho, Ear nose & throat, general No Call)

EMR : Epic

Rate : $9,000+ / Weekly

Details : Must be willing to travel between 2 locations during duration of contract (flexible will not be traveling between the 2 midweek) Patient volume (up to 15 per day for both facilities) Staff (2 surgeons, 1 ophthalmologist, 1 obgyn at hospital)

Will cover full travel and lodging (Hotel, Flight, Rental Car, Mileage, and malpractice insurance)
