Position Overview

As a High-Tech Nurse, you will deliver specialized nursing care in accordance with an established nursing plan. Your role may require flexibility, including working evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide direct high-tech nursing care under minimal supervision, including :
• Ongoing assessment of patients’ physical and psychosocial health
• Ventilator monitoring and care
• Tracheostomy care and feeding tube management
• Medication administration and support with physical therapy
• Family education and support
• Communicate effectively with patients and their families about care plans and treatment options.
• Collaborate with case managers and clinical staff to ensure comprehensive care.
• Document all clinical and administrative activities accurately and in compliance with regulations.
• Participate in training and development programs to enhance your nursing skills.
• Adhere to established protocols and guidelines while exercising clinical judgment.

Qualifications

Strong communication skills in English (both written and verbal).
