Position requires a Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology, eligibility to begin the Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) under ASHA supervision, and eligible for state licensure as a Speech-Language Pathologist.
A contract opportunity is available for a Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) pleting their Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) to support K-12 students in a public school setting located in Topeka, KS. This role offers the chance to apply clinical skills and contribute to student munication development within a structured educational environment.
Key Qualifications :
- pletion of graduate-level education in Speech-Language Pathology
- Eligibility to start or currently pleting a Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY)
- Strong munication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with educators and families
- Ability to administer and interpret speech and language assessments
- Experience or interest in working with a diverse range of K-12 students
Responsibilities :
Conduct speech and language evaluations and develop individualized treatment plansProvide direct speech therapy services to students on a contract basisCollaborate with teachers, parents, and school personnel to support student progressMaintain accurate documentation and ply with school district policiesParticipate in meetings and professional development as requiredLocation :
