What You’ll Do :

  • Provide compassionate phone-based collections support
  • Work across multiple software systems during calls
  • Help consumers resolve accounts in a compliant, ethical manner

Job Preview & Short Assessment

Details :

  • Takes about 20 minutes (many finish sooner)
