Marine detailer and shrink wrapper

We’re looking for a reliable, detail-oriented individual to join our team! This position involves shrink wrapping boats and equipment, detailing boats, and applying marine ceramic coatings. You must be comfortable working with your hands and in outdoor conditions. We primarily work around the Lake Tapps area, but some travel is required. Travel is done using a company van, so a clean driving record is required. We’re also looking for someone who is capable and motivated to take the lead on large projects. Leadership experience is a plus, but we're open to training the right person who shows initiative and reliability. What We’re Looking For :

• Ability to solve problems independently
• Punctual and dependable
• Clean driving record (for company vehicle use)
• Experience working around boats or an interest in boating is a big plus

• Hourly pay based on experience
