Design personalized, evidence-based treatment plans. Efficiently manage patient documentation and workflow within the EMR system. Graduate of a CAPTE-accredited PT program Current or pending state licensure BLS certification Strong interpersonal skills and team-oriented mindset Ability to manage a full clinical caseload (1012 patients / day) Other
