Drives the financial performance and sales of the designated store area by reviewing and evaluating Profit Loss statements. Provides supervision and development opportunities for hourly associates by hiring, training, and mentoring. Coordinates, completes, and oversees job-related activities and assignments. Ensures compliance with company policies and procedures and supports company mission, values, and standards of ethics and integrity. • Plus Differential to meet legislative requirements, where applicable.
• The actual hourly rate will equal or exceed the required minimum wage applicable to the job location. Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses. Additional compensation for certain positions may also include : Regional Pay Zone (RPZ) (based on location). Minimum Qualifications : 2 years' of college; OR 1 year's retail experience and 1 year's supervisory experience; OR 2 years' general work experience and 1 year's supervisory experience.
