EWTN is seeking a Benefits Administrator to support and care for our employees through the administration of our benefit programs. Administer all employee benefit programs and manage day-to-day activities

Conduct benefits orientation for new hires

Coordinate annual open enrollment and ACA reporting

Oversee FMLA and leave of absence processes

Reconcile and submit insurance invoices

Serve as liaison for 403(b) plan and participate in annual audit

Maintain employee wellness program

Ensure compliance with applicable laws and recommend process improvements

35 years' experience in benefits administration for a multi-site organization

Strong working knowledge of FMLA, ACA, HIPAA, COBRA, and other benefit-related regulations

Proficiency in Microsoft Office (strong in Excel) and HRIS systems (Paylocity preferred)

Excellent interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills

Respect for confidentiality and a compassionate, service-oriented approach

Associate's degree in Human Resources, Business or other relevant field (Bachelor's Degree preferred)

Affinity for EWTN's mission and understanding of the Catholic faith; practicing Catholic preferred
