Golf Internship : Level 1 and 2
Interlachen Country Club is seeking a Golf Intern for our 2026 Season. Our Interns should be passionate about becoming a Head Professional. This position requires strong leadership, organization and communication skills with both members and staff. They will work collaboratively with club staff in the management of all golf activities at Interlachen.

Responsibilities and Expectations
General Responsibilities
- Spread hospitality and goodwill among all members, guests, and fellow team members.
- Proactively welcome all members and guests; anticipate and assist in their daily needs.
- Understand the entire operation thoroughly, including Interlachen's Rules & Regulations and Golf Operation Policies & Procedures.
- Work to improve your own golf game and play golf with members.
- Demonstrate our values of Honesty, Enthusiasm, Anticipation, Respect, and Teamwork (HEART).
Specific Responsibilities
Meet and greet members and guests daily.Oversee the bag room, including cleaning and organizing clubs for storage.Manage a golf cart fleet of 40 carts.Serve as a starter and ranger.Involved in the preparation, maintenance, and closing of practice facilities.Provide instruction in our junior golf program with more than 200 young members.Support tournament operations.Assist with the Caddie Program.Participate in the ICC Future Leaders ProgramOther Details / Scheduling :
Handle and move bags and supplies efficiently and safely, including frequent lifting or moving up to 40 pounds.Willingness to work long hours (e,g., evenings, weekends and holidays).Ideal Qualifications and Attributes
