Responsibilities : What You’ll Do :

You’ll be the go-to operations partner for our commercial division — keeping deals moving, systems humming, and the team focused. Your role will include :

  • Marketing Oversight : Maintain listings across platforms like LoopNet, Crexi, MLS, and more. Coordinate property brochures, digital ads, and social media posts.
  • Systems Management : Keep all files and folders organized, update templates, and maintain a clean digital infrastructure for deals and client data.
  • Team Leadership : Manage and hold accountable a team of Virtual Assistants. Handle basic payroll, track task progress, and ensure all responsibilities are completed accurately.
  • Client & Team Communication : Monitor the team inbox, ensure timely follow-up, and act as a liaison between clients, vendors, and internal staff.
  • Website & Brand Maintenance : Keep our website current and professional by updating listings, bios, and marketing content.
  • Deal Support : Help prepare and submit LOIs and other documents. Stay ahead of what the team needs to close business quickly and correctly.
  • Qualifications :

  • Prior experience in commercial real estate operations is required.
  • Tech-savvy and organized — you know your way around CRM systems, transaction platforms, and online listing portals.
  • A mindset that says, “If I see it, I solve it.”
  • Excellent communication skills — both with clients and internally.
  • Financially literate and confident, managing simple payroll and data accuracy.
  • Calm, confident, and capable of handling a high volume of moving parts.
  • A service-first attitude and the ability to lead without ego.
