An Anesthesiology Physician is needed for locum coverage in Illinois, requiring BC / BE Anesthesiology certification and an Illinois license. The position offers flexible shift options, a call-only arrangement, and involves supervising cases in various specialties including pediatric, orthopedic, and cardiac anesthesia. SMART is working with a client in Illinois- West of Chicago, seeking an Anesthesiologist for locum coverage. Coverage is needed as soon as credentialed and will be an ongoing need during permanent recruitment. Cardiac is A PLUS not required

Qualifications :

BC / BE Anesthesiology
IL License required

Job Summary :

Shift times : 7am- 5 : 30 pm / 7a-7p Flexible shift times - CALL ONLY OPTION IS AVAILABLE For weekend call

Call Required 1 : 5

Block coverage preferred Minimum 1 week per month

Coverage Model : Supervision and some doping own cases (On site 4 MD S and 10 CRNAs during the day)

4 ORs one location / 5 at additional location

Cases include PEDs, General, Ortho, URO, Opthalmology, ENT, Plastics, Podiatry epidurals, spinals and blocks a MUST

CARDIAC IS A PLUS Must be TEE CERTIFIED FOR Cardiac

EMR- EPIC
