We are looking for a skilled Loan Processor to join our team based in Middlesex County, NJ. This role involves supporting loan processes and managing insurance-related tasks with efficiency and attention to detail. Candidates should have a strong background in loan processing and a familiarity with residential and commercial loans.

Responsibilities :

• Process loans by managing tasks, including paying premiums for flood and homeowners insurance.
• Prepare and send checks and invoices in a timely and accurate manner.
• Communicate effectively with insurance agents regarding invoice details and requirements.
• Conduct follow-ups with insurance agencies to ensure accurate processing of claims and payments.
• Open and organize incoming mail to maintain workflow efficiency.
• Utilize Microsoft Word, Office, and Excel for documentation and reporting purposes.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure compliance with loan servicing standards.
• Address customer inquiries regarding loan processes with professionalism.
• Monitor and adhere to regulatory compliance standards within loan processing operations.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in loan processing
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Office, and Excel for handling documentation and reporting.
• Strong communication skills for interacting with agents, agencies, and customers.
• Familiarity with loan servicing and processing.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks with attention to detail and accuracy.
• Knowledge of compliance standards in the banking and insurance industries.
• Experience with CRM systems and customer service processes.
• Capability to work independently while contributing to team goals.
