We are looking for a skilled Loan Processor to join our team based in Middlesex County, NJ. This role involves supporting loan processes and managing insurance-related tasks with efficiency and attention to detail. Candidates should have a strong background in loan processing and a familiarity with residential and commercial loans.
Responsibilities :
- Process loans by managing tasks, including paying premiums for flood and homeowners insurance.
- Prepare and send checks and invoices in a timely and accurate manner.
- Communicate effectively with insurance agents regarding invoice details and requirements.
- Conduct follow-ups with insurance agencies to ensure accurate processing of claims and payments.
- Open and organize incoming mail to maintain workflow efficiency.
- Utilize Microsoft Word, Office, and Excel for documentation and reporting purposes.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure compliance with loan servicing standards.
- Address customer inquiries regarding loan processes with professionalism.
- Monitor and adhere to regulatory compliance standards within loan processing operations.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in loan processing
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Office, and Excel for handling documentation and reporting.
- Strong communication skills for interacting with agents, agencies, and customers.
- Familiarity with loan servicing and processing.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks with attention to detail and accuracy.
- Knowledge of compliance standards in the banking and insurance industries.
- Experience with CRM systems and customer service processes.
- Capability to work independently while contributing to team goals.
