Description : Build for Rent Contractor, RRC, is looking for a highly motivated Assistant Superintendent to join our Production team. The person in this position is responsible for assisting the Superintendent with the safe, timely delivery of a construction project, and ensuring all site activities are fully coordinated. Responsibilities include but are not limited to :
- Assist in maintaining high standards of quality throughout the building process, including safety and cleanliness
- Support in the maintenance of schedules with diligent project and time management
- Participate in site meetings and required safety meetings
- Maintaining high standards of quality throughout the warranty service process including craftsmanship, subcontractor supervision, safety, and cleanliness
- Committed to providing excellent customer service and ensuring customer satisfaction
