About the Role
We’re seeking an experienced Pool Designer / Sales Consultant who can blend creativity with sales expertise to guide clients from concept to contract.
You’ll meet homeowners, developers, and architects; capture their vision; design stunning pools using Pool Studio / Structure Studios 3D; and present professional proposals that close.
This is a high-income, client-facing role for someone who thrives on relationships, design, and performance.
What You’ll Do
- Meet with qualified leads (provided + self-generated) to understand their project goals.
- Design and present custom 3D backyard concepts using Structure Studios / Pool Studio.
- Prepare detailed proposals and manage the sales process from first contact to signed contract.
- Collaborate with in-house project managers, permitting, and marketing teams to ensure a seamless hand-off.
- Build and nurture relationships with realtors, developers, architects, and high-end clients.
- Represent the Pool Pros Builder brand with professionalism and enthusiasm.
