Job Description :

The Clinical Research Recruitment Specialist is responsible for placing patients into clinical trial studies. The role is vital to the success of our companys clinical research programs because it ensures that trials have enough qualified participants to produce accurate and reliable data for our pharmaceutical customers. Specific activities include but are not limited to :

• Contact patients that expressed interest in participating in our studies by responding to our Marketing and Outreach efforts. No cold calling for us!
• Qualify patients for studies by reviewing clinical trial information, completing assessment questionnaires, and responding to questions related to medications, physician procedures, clinic procedures, medical conditions. We have great scripts that make this easy!
• Schedule qualifying patients for initial clinic visits to complete final assessments for participation in our clinical trials.
• Perform follow-up activities with patients throughout their journey.
• Field incoming calls from patients for follow-up questions or rescheduling requests.
• Direct incoming calls from our Pharmaceutical Clients to designated resources.
• Social media and marketing wizards will have the opportunity to help drive community engagement while building our company brand.

Pay for the Clinical Research Recruitment Specialist role includes a Base Salary, uncapped Commissions (paid bi-weekly), and Bonus Opportunities (weekly & monthly) :
