Compass Pennsylvania, LLC is hiring a Real Estate Operations Coordinator to support a high-performing real estate team. This is a full-time, in-office role focused on ensuring every listing and transaction is handled with care and precision.

As the Operations Coordinator, you’ll take the lead on listing prep to closing coordination, client care, and ensuring efficiency and details in a deadline-driven industry.

Compensation :

• Base Salary : $60,000 – $70,000 (commensurate with experience)
• Bonuses : Summer & holiday performance-based bonuses
• PTO : Paid time off for rest and recharge
