Lead Technical Instructor

A company is looking for a Lead Technical Instructor for a part-time position in Spring 2026.

Key Responsibilities

Complete 40 hours of training sessions and tasks to build proficiency with teaching tools and strategies

Lead lectures and workshops for the Careers in Tech course, supporting up to 50 students per section

Conduct mock technical interviews and provide actionable feedback to students preparing for internships and entry-level positions

Required Qualifications

4+ years of professional experience in Software Engineering using Python

Prior experience leading career development sessions and conducting mock technical interviews

Availability from January 2026 through June 2026, including a commitment to the course schedule

Master's degree in Computer Science or a related field from an accredited institution

Demonstrated passion for teaching and prior experience leading classrooms
