Allure Medical is a fast-growing, multi-location healthcare company specializing in aesthetics, regenerative medicine, hormone replacement therapy (HRT), and wellness services. The Role
A Marketing Executive and Strategist in the wellness industry is responsible for leading brand awareness, driving patient acquisition, and engaging health conscious consumers through data-driven, creative approaches. Success in this role requires deep industry knowledge, cross-disciplinary marketing skills, and the ability to fuse analytics with authentic storytelling.
This is not a digital-only marketing role. Instead, you will be responsible for building a multi-channel growth engine that leverages education, partnerships, events, and memberships to drive recurring revenue. You will work alongside our current marketing team and lead the charge on scaling our wellness services across multiple states. Creating strategies is a must to ensure success in this position.
Design and execute a 3-year growth strategy for wellness services that align with our company goals and objectives.
Build patient acquisition channels beyond digital : events, webinars, seminars, podcasts, and community partnerships.
Develop and manage referral partnerships with physicians, gyms, corporate wellness programs, and community organizations.
Lead the membership and retention strategy to maximize lifetime value.
Translate complex medical concepts into simple, compelling patient-facing education.
Report on KPIs including new patient volume, membership growth, LTV, and retention.
What Were Looking For
5+ years growing cash-pay healthcare or wellness businesses (e.g., HRT, weight loss, concierge medicine, functional medicine, regenerative medicine).
Proven ability to build multi-channel acquisition strategies beyond pay-per-click. Experience with membership / recurring revenue models.
Track record of scaling patient volumes and doubling revenue.
Strong communicator, educator, and brand storyteller.
Entrepreneurial mindset : thrives in growth-oriented, fast-moving environments
Proven success in a high level marketing position focusing on multiple locations, service lines, and direct customer reach
