  • Earn a base of $21 - $31 / hour (DOE) plus performance based pay and bonuses, with six-figure earning potential.

    • Key Responsibilities As a Residential HVAC Service Technician, you'll be instrumental in ensuring optimal air conditioning performance, with responsibilities including :

  • Skillfully brazing and soldering various metals for secure piping connections.
  • Expertly installing, modifying, or repairing air ducts, indoor units, drain pans, drain lines, and outdoor units.
  • Precisely installing and calibrating thermostats, humidistats, solenoids, and timers.
  • Conscientiously inspecting inoperative indoor or outdoor units to pinpoint the root causes of trouble.
  • Efficiently disassembling indoor or outdoor units to replace or repair defective parts.
  • Performing essential preventive maintenance tasks such as drain cleaning, coil sanitizing, and motor lubrication.
  • Comprehensively evaluating equipment operations after repairs using a range of instruments including gauges, voltmeters, leak detectors, sling pycnometers, static, and velocity instruments.
  • Demonstrate strong product knowledge to support add-on sales and help customers make informed decisions What We Need From You A minimum of 2 years of HVAC field experience.
  • EPA Universal certification is required A valid Florida driver's license.
  • Proven experience with low & high voltage wiring.
  • Outstanding communication and customer service skills.
  • Service Titan experience is a plus The ability to work flexible hours, including overtime as needed.
  • Must be 18 years of age or older.
