About This Position
The Implementation Analyst will execute and deploy technology implementation projects across multiple business and product lines. Success is achieved by managing project tasks throughout the entire project life cycle. The role involves extensive customer interaction and execution of deliverables. The Analyst will deploy technology and services at client sites, following information gathering, analysis, and mapping of workflows and processes.
Essential Functions, Duties, and Responsibilities
Execute and deploy customer project work plans and transition plans.
Configure various software, technologies, services, and interfaces on Keefe Group hardware for delivery and deployment at customer sites.
Perform hardware, software, and technology upgrades and maintenance of Keefe Group systems at customer sites and regional distribution centers.
Manage multiple complex projects within time, technical, and resource constraints.
Develop training session plans to enhance knowledge of Keefe Group proprietary software and technologies for end users.
Conduct training for Keefe Group customers nationwide on system products.
Train Keefe Group operations staff on new technologies and upgrades.
Configure and execute systems integration projects based on customer needs from initiation to completion.
Document all service, training, configuration, and upgrade activities.
Assist support team with escalations related to customer project deployments involving software / hardware technologies.
Provide troubleshooting, system consultation, and advanced problem solving to customers.
Assist with financial reconciliation and provide accounting guidelines within Keefe Group proprietary financial software.
Offer solutions and input on project challenges.
Supervise onsite vendors during hardware installations.
Perform other duties as needed.
What You'll Need
Associates degree in Information Technology or equivalent.
