As a

Nursing Professional , you will provide high-quality patient care, focusing on their physical, emotional, and social needs.

You will be responsible for delivering exceptional care to patients, prioritizing their health and well-being.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement effective care plans.

Administer medications, treatments, and perform diagnostic tests as needed.

Document patient history, symptoms, medication, and care given.

For this role, we are seeking a registered nurse with at least 1 year of experience in acute med-surg nursing. A Bachelor's degree in nursing is preferred but not required.

Responsibilities :

Practice independently in a clinical setting, demonstrating awareness of all relevant aspects of the situation.

Provide routine and complex care, focusing on long-term goals or plans.

Develop coping strategies to manage contingencies in clinical nursing.

Make assignments and delegate tasks to other care providers to help manage the clinical situation.

You will be expected to meet the applicable competencies, utilizing the nursing process, including assessment, diagnosis, planning, intervention, and evaluation for assigned patients.
