  • Managing the completion of major wood refurbishment throughout rooms and guest room floors
  • Driving covers and treatments in the restaurant and spa
  • Driving top line revenue and finding ways to creatively flow the revenue through labor and cost management

Leadership Requirements

General

  • Interpersonal skills to effectively communicate with multiple high-profile stakeholders
  • A decisive leader who can make fact-based and financially-based decisions across multiple stakeholders
  • Ability to be highly flexible in a constantly changing operating environment
  • Track record of strong performance in all Four Seasons KPI's
  • Guest centric focus, with strong floor presence and engagement with guests to drive key metrics
  • Exposure in both Rooms and Food & Beverage to support divisional leaders growing in their roles
  • People

  • Strong culture carrier with hands on leadership approach
  • Ability to be highly engaged with employees across the hotel and demonstrate skills as a coach
  • Ability to motivate and drive the team to deliver consistent service results
  • Charismatic and engaged personality with employees, guests and community
  • Product

  • Passion for details to continue to elevate the luxury touches around the hotel
  • Good planning and follow up skills to drive continued maintenance and upgrades
  • Service leader, charismatic presence on the floor inspiring the team and high engagement with HRG, Elite and residents Creative passion

  • Strong labor management and standard understanding to manage largest cost center

    Salary Range 150k-175k Depending on Experience and Annual Incentive Plan eligible
