Position Summary

The General Foreperson must have the ability to perform the duties and responsibilities assigned by his / her immediate supervisor; provide the necessary information, drawings, specifications, materials, tools, and equipment needed for crew(s) to accomplish the work.

Primary Responsibilities

• Assist in planning and scheduling; enforce safe practices and job safety programs
• Monitor all paperwork for accuracy, clarity and completeness; analyze the work to find a more productive cost-efficient method
• Monitor performance and provide written evaluation, assistance and training to all assigned employees
• Prepare employees for additional responsibilities; and keep the proper management informed of all significant information

Qualifications

Minimum 6 years industrial construction / maintenance industry experience

NCEER Certified Plus (Preferred)

Supervisory experience (Preferred)
