Bachelor's or Master's degree in Special Education, active Special Education Teacher license and minimum 1+ years Special Education Teacher experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

Minimum Requirements :

Illinois Professional Educator License with LBS1 endorsement.
Experience in self-contained elementary classrooms preferred.

Key Responsibilities :
Teach and manage a self-contained elementary classroom.
Develop and implement IEPs tailored to student needs.
Collaborate with general education staff and support providers.
Track academic and behavioral progress.
Support students social and emotional development.
