Key Responsibilities

• Provide overall leadership and strategic direction for both properties, ensuring alignment with company goals and ownership expectations.
• Oversee all facets of operations, including guest services, sales, marketing, food & beverage, finance, and human resources.
• Develop and execute business strategies to maximize revenue, profitability, and market share.
• Foster a culture of exceptional guest service, employee engagement, and team development.
• Maintain the highest standards of operational excellence, brand compliance, and quality control.
• Build and sustain strong relationships with ownership, key stakeholders, and the local community.
• Monitor market trends and competitor activity to remain competitive and innovative.
• Manage budgets, financial performance, and capital projects to ensure long-term success.
